Synopsis by Robert Firsching
Greek filmmaker Elias Paraskevas wrote and directed this comic tale of two small-time con artists, Didikos (Frangiskos Manellis) and Mikes (Koulis Stolingas), who live from one short-term job and minor hoodwink to the next. Their girlfriends want them to settle down, find some gainful employment, and get married, but the boys continue their dishonest ways until finally lucking into some jobs at a soda factory. Thinking that Didikos and Mikes have finally seen the error of their ways, the girls decide to give in and marry them, only to see their incorrigible grooms hauled off to jail on the day of the wedding after getting into a fight with a confections vendor. Yianna Valenti, Yiannis Sparidis, and Mirella Konsta co-star in the enjoyable farce which also features supporting turns from veteran character actors Yiorgos Velentzas and Dimitris Katsoulis.
