This documentary profiles DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein), a hugely successful and influential disc jockey known for his mash-ups of popular songs. The film traces the course of his life as he found fame and fought to remain sober, only to relapse and die of a drug overdose at the age of 36 following the trauma of surviving a plane crash. Jon Favreau, Paul Oakenfold, Mark Ronson, and Steve Aoki are among the many people interviewed. Directed by Kevin Kerslake.
