The Arabs is a ten-part series created to provide an understanding of the ongoing conflicts within the Arab world by offering an honest look at the history, culture, and society influencing Arab life past and present. Arabs speak for themselves to portray a vivid picture and present keen insight into the fabric of their people. Part two, The Arabs: Between Two Worlds, features Abdelmalek Tazi. Tazi struggles to integrate tradition into contemporary society. He operates a modern business out of the ancient city, Fez, Morocco, balancing old and new ways. He discusses the challenges he finds in raising a family with strong Arab values in a rapidly changing society.
