Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
As studies continue to draw correlations between stress and the negative effects that it may have on a woman's pregnancy, many expectant mothers are turning towards meditation as a means of nurturing their unborn children. In this release, April "Niranker" Bernardi provides mothers with an innovative new means of preparing for the birthing experience. Babies are creatures that learn by experience, and mothers who are well balanced are though to produce children who are well balanced. In addition to opening up the hips and helping to improve circulation, Kundalini Yoga also relieves tension from the spine, helps increase blood flow to the fetus, and prepares the woman's body for labor. Carefully composed postures are accompanied by repetitive chants and lyrics designed to help the user sink into a deep state of meditation.
