Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
This documentary is a celebration of pop singer/actor Yehoram Gaon's love affair with the city of his birth. He narrates this combination travelogue, history, and poetic hymn of praise. In one dramatic sequence we see the process by which a gentile woman seals her conversion to Judaism. A notable feature of the film is the many names, synonyms and ways used to allude to Jerusalem which color the narrative.
