Synopsis by Alice Day
Found near fresh water environments, the common tree frog is a nocturnal creature, searching for food and conducting courtship rituals after the sun goes down. Amphibians: The Common Tree Frog looks at the suction pads that allow the frog to move easily into vegetation as it goes after prey or a potential mate. Close-up camera work lets the viewer see from the frog's viewpoint. As their environments undergo changes, frogs are finding less suitable habitats, and they are in danger of diminishing numbers.
