This historical documentary from the American Experience series explores the infamous story of paleontologist Othniel Charles Marsh, who discovered a massive cache of dinosaur fossils and remains while traveling in the American West in 1868. Insanely competitive, Marsh would spend the following years fighting other scientists tooth and nail for the sole use of the site - even at the sacrifice of scientific discovery.
