The weekly, 60-minute cable TV series After Dark lived up to its title by exploring America's "Nightlife Subculture." The opening episode set the tone with a cinéma vérité tour of the celebrity-laden nighttime scene in Miami's South Beach. With actor Emilio Estevez serving as host and narrator, After Dark debuted March 13, 2002 on the A&E cable network.
