A pair of deeply disturbed siblings find their borderline incestuous relationship becoming dangerously complicated when the younger sister becomes aware of her sexuality and begins to test out her newfound femininity, and her possessive older brother grows increasingly resentful over the fact that he can no longer have him all to herself. Their senile father locked away in a sanatorium and their absent mother nowhere to be found, fifteen year old Sammy and her older brother Jakob reside in the family home unsupervised. Possessive Jakob supports the pair by dealing in rotten meat, and refuses to accept that fact that his sister is blossoming into womanhood. Before long, Sammy is engaged in a series of seductive games with everyone from her brother's biker friends to her invalid next-door neighbor. Despite all of this, it's Sammy's dalliances with her best friend's father that truly threatens to turn the volatile situation tragic.
