Chinese filmmakers Yan Xueshu and Sun Jing co-directed this heartwarming family drama. Ling Jingcai (Gao Shuyi) is a former landlord who is planning to sell some lost ducks for a tidy sum of money, but is stopped by some Young Pioneers, including A Yong (Liang Baoqin). The film deals with the boys' attempts to care for the ducks while trying to locate the owners and keeping Ling Jingcai from getting his hands on them again. Li Qing co-stars with Bi Fusheng and Jin Fuli.
