Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
The relationship between a married couple who runs a bed and breakfast and their deceptive, sole tenant reaches a breaking point following a series of vicious murders in this tense psychological drama. David Beck and his wife Samantha are the owners of a small Ontario bed and breakfast. Unbeknownst to his passionate, masochistic wife, the outwardly normal David is in fact a dangerous sociopath who has just crossed the point of no return. Meanwhile, struggling author Charlie Matthews has checked into the bed and breakfast. Thanks to his obsessive need for acceptance, he's become a compulsive liar. When police discover the corpse of a murdered young woman on the outskirts of town, Detective Anthony Dolan hones in on David as the prime suspect. Meanwhile, David's compulsion to kill keeps on growing, and his bloodlust begins to overshadow his better judgment.
