Disgraced special ops agent Alexander (Steven Seagal) becomes a handyman in an attempt to forget his troubled past, but gets dragged back into the fray when vicious Russian gangsters target a family living in the apartment complex where he now works. When all-out war erupts between the Russian thugs and their Chinese counterparts, Alexander fights to protect the innocent family before doing battle with a former enemy intent on settling a score from the past. With redemption finally within reach, Alexander prepares for the fight of his life.
