Kinko, who once talked with her husband and raised children, now lives with her granddaughter Nagisa. On a spring morning just after her husband's memorial service, the goldfish he was taking care of died, and he wrapped his body in camellia flowers and returned it to the soil. The time will come when living things will soon decay. One day, Kinko receives a phone call in the midst of minor changes in her house and garden, and the days when she thinks of her past memories.
