A haunted architect emerges from a deep coma and receives a chilling offer in this independent spellbinder. Noah was the man who designed a state-of-the-art building that collapsed shortly after opening to the public, claiming many lives. Later lapsing into a coma, he awakens in a hospital bed with a malevolent stranger watching over him. The man makes Noah a chilling offer: claim five lives in exchange for his heinous misdeed, a Noah will spend live out the rest of his days guilt-free. Should Noah decline, however, he will suffer an agonizing death. Determined to survive, Noah begins selecting his victims, and methodically dispatching them. It isn't until Noah is about to claim his fifth and final victim that he realizes he has made a grave mistake, and may now be damned to suffer until the end of time.
