Synopsis by Clare Perez-Izaguirre Lopez

Based on the book “One of Us” by Asne Seierstad, the film recounts the real-life events of the 22nd July 2011 terror attack in Norway where a total of 77 people died. As teens attend a Labor Party Youth Camp on the Island of Utøya, they learn of a car bomb in Oslo set off by Breivik(Anders Danielsen Lie) who is now heading to their island. Told through the eyes of survivor Viljar Hanssen (Jonas Strand Gravli) the film also covers the tragedy's aftermath with the public enquiry, the court process and Vilijar's rehabilitation. Directed, produced and adapted to screen by Paul Greengrass.
