Known as "the Western Poet," Wallace Coburn starred in 1916's The Golden Goddess, filmed on-location in Minnesota and featuring Marjorie Daw in the title role. Coburn later supported Eddie Polo in Bull's Eye (1917), an 18-chapter serial from Universal, and headlined a series of two-reel Westerns for the low-budget Clark-Cornelius company (1920).
