Biography by Jason Buchanan

A producer who worked for such noted directors as Sidney Lumet and Terrence Malick, John Roberdeau was a key player in seeing such popular films as The Thin Red Line (1998) to the silver screen. Sought out by Senator John McCain to bring his memoirs to the screen in early 2002, Roberdeau would sadly never see the project come to fruition due to an untimely death resulting from a heart attack weeks after the film was announced. He was 48.
