Though listed as a director in some sources, American screenwriter Peter Milne is best known for his scriptwork. Active from 1921, Milne spent much of his career at Warner Bros. In the 1930s, he collaborated on such Warners productions as The Kennel Murder Case (1933) and Gold Diggers of 1935 before briefly moving to Fox and RKO. Back at Warners in 1945, his postwar credits included God is My Co-Pilot (1945), April Showers (1948), The Daughter of Rosie O'Grady (1950) and About Face (1953). Peter Milne's final effort was the heartwarming family drama Glory (1956).
