Not to be confused with the formidable American singer/songwriter of the same name, the U.S. character actor Paul Williams emerged during the early '90s and spent the following two decades doing the preponderance of his work on television series. He voiced Mack on the MTV Beavis and Butt-Head spin-off Daria, appeared in a 2000 episode of Star Trek: Voyager, and played Lord Harmony in Garry Marshall's The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004).
