A tiny girl with a big voice, Ramiele Malubay wowed American Idol fans when she auditioned for season seven in Miami and made it through to Hollywood. A singer from the age of 12, Malubay stated her hopes for becoming the first Asian-American winner of American Idol, and got one step closer to her goal when she made it to the show's top 24.


  • Was born in Saudi Arabia and spent her early years in the Philippines.
