Writer Oliver Hailey has penned plays, most notably teleplays. He got his start reporting for the Dallas Morning News. In 1963, his play Hey You, Light Man! was produced Off-Broadway. The television shows he has written for include Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, Family and the Cosby Show. Hailey penned one screenplay, Just You and Me, Kid (1979), starring George Burns.
