Producer Maurice Duke focused on low-budget fare during the '50s. Memorable Duke productions include Bela Lugosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla (1952), The Atomic Kid (1954), Twist All Night (1961), and The Candidate (1964). Duke has also produced a few television series such as Everything's Relative. In addition to his production work, Duke earned money on the side managing the careers of actors Zero Mosel and Mickey Rooney.
