John H. Cushingham produced three films Extraordinary Seaman (1969), Quackser Fortune Has a Cousin in the Bronx (1970) starring Gene Wilder, and Welcome to Arrow Beach (1974) featuring a young Meg Foster. Cushingham was born in Honolulu and started out as a teenage tennis professional. Before he died, he began producing British plays such as Maggie.
