Jeffrey Ross Lifschultz, known professionally as Jeff Ross, is an American stand-up comedian, writer, director and actor. He is also known as the "Roastmaster General" for his insult comedy and his multiple appearances at celebrity roasts held by the New York Friars Club and on the Comedy Central Roast television series. In 2009 the Chicago Tribune called Ross "the new millennium Don Rickles."
