Homer Dickens is best known for writing the well-known "Films of...." series of books that include The Films of Marlene Dietrich (1968), The Films of Ginger Rogers and The Films of James Cagney. All of these were published by Barnes & Noble. Before becoming a professional writer, Dickens was an actor.
