A longtime screenwriter/producer whose 1974 documentary Hearts and Minds took home an Oscar for Best Documentary, Henry Lange scored a cult hit with 1971's Daughters of Darkness before finding success with such efforts as Concorde Affair (1978). Later moving into the mainstream as the line producer of the popular stateside sitcom Cybill, Lange died September 5, 2002, in Paris. He was 64.
