Biography by AllMovie

Actor David Charvet caught his first big acting break on the popular seaside drama Baywatch in 1992 playing Matt Brody. He also became well known for playing the character of Craig Field on the night-time soap Melrose Place from 1996 to 1998, but he largely left acting in 1999 to focus on his music career. In 2008, however, Charvet returned to acting to appear in the film Prisoners of the Sun and Green Flash. Two years later he had a major role in the made-for-cable thriller The Perfect Teacher.
