Distinguished British author Aldous Huxley is best known for penning Brave New World. He also wrote many other novels, short stories and essays. In the late '30s he became a Hollywood screenwriter, staying through the mid-1940s and collaborating on numerous scripts such as Jane Eyre (1944).
