Sam (Michael Mizrahi) is a skinhead who works as a telephone operator and occasionally has gigs as a double-bass player. He gets his kicks out of recording phone conversations without either party being aware of it. He makes an unlikely hero in this comedy/thriller. But when he overhears a plot by a construction company to blackmail a state minister by using a salacious video against him, he gets involved. Things grow even more complicated when another video turns up, this one detailing illegal building practices by the blackmailing company.
