This is a fairly well-made pinku eiga melodrama from one of the Nikkatsu studios' most reliable in-house directors, Shogoro Nishimura. Babyfaced Yuko Katagiri stars as Yuko, the young bride of a truck driver named Sakazaki (Hajime Tanimoto). Trouble begins when Sakazaki's rich cousin Koichi takes an interest in the young woman, rapes her, then tells his cousin that she was unfaithful. This leads to the obligatory fight. Sakazaki in thrown in jail while Koichi escapes, and Yuko longs for her imprisoned husband. Katagiri returned later the same year for Nishimura's unrelated sequel, Osanazuma No Kokuhaku: Tousui!
