This nauseating sixth installment in the notorious series takes footage from the two most revolting episodes (the first and third) and attempts to make them palatable by giving them funny endings. Oddly enough, the effect is exactly the opposite, as the intestines of the victim from Za Ginipiggu: Akuma No Jikken chase a girl through a subway terminal and a reporter visits a restaurant featuring a buffet of human flesh. Peter, the transvestite doctor from the fifth installment, introduces the tale of a masochist who cuts himself up. The latter tale would become the focus of Za Ginipiggu 8: Senritsu! Shinanai Otoko the same year.
