As Cooper and Hearn offer step-by-step instruction on such basic shots as the standing jump-shot, jump-shot off the dribble, flying lay-up, standing position lay-up, bank shot, and free throw, All-American player Chris Thompson steps onto the court to show viewers at home the proper form and execution.
