An injured man discovers that his oldest friend may be his worst enemy in this independent comedy. When narcissistic prankster Jake (Richard Tanne) awakens in a hospital after being hit by a car, he soon realizes that his road to recovery will be a long one. Meanwhile, the only person there to help Jake is his old friend Sam (Noah Barrow). Working alongside Jake's demanding physical therapist Lily (Cody Horn), Jake strives to help his childhood pal get back on his feet. But later, when Sam's former crush Zoe (Kristen Connolly) returns to the scene, it soon becomes apparent that not all friendships were build to last.
