Synopsis by Janiss Garza
John and Grace Miller (Rockcliffe Fellowes and Ethel Clayton respectively) have worked their way up the social ladder out West and move to New York. But John has made some business enemies and they use a lawyer, Stuart Mordant (Richard Turner), to get even with him. Mordant manipulates Grace into filing for divorce. She hands over her half of the company stock to the lawyer, which means that John no longer has the majority vote. But finally she learns that it all has been a plot to ruin her husband. She destroys the papers which gave Mordant power of attorney and returns to her husband's side.
