Best suited for the hardcore yoga veteran who has seen and done it all, Warrior Workout with Ravi Singh and Ana Brett offers seventy-five minutes of ultra-strenuous Kundalini Yoga fitness. The program commences with a half-hour warm-up routine, followed by a forty-five minute, nose-to-the-grindstone yoga routine, co-hosted by Singh and Brett. High exertion is the name of the game: this routine aims to build endurance and self-discipline, and strengthen the nerves. The program includes musical accompaniment during the workouts, as well as meditation.
