This story of a night watchman (Mahmoud Yassin) is told in a series of comedy sketches, in homage to the absurd that somehow still has its feet firmly planted in the real world. The security guard has the bad luck of always being in the wrong place at the wrong time when something comes up stolen (including a pyramid), and so the police are convinced the hapless man is in cahoots with the ring of thieves. Chaos, disbelief, and despair break out when the Egyptian and foreign press broadcast the news about the missing pyramid, with the uproar made all the more hilarious by the exaggerated reactions of the night watchman himself.
