Exactly 100 years after old world vampire Giovanni meets a bloody fate in the Arizona desert, a group of occult-obsessed college students resurrect the legendary bloodsucker by reading an ancient incantation. Giovanni came to America in order to escape obsessed vampire slayer named Longshank. But when Longshank caught up with the vampire, the pair clashed in an epic battle that neither man nor monster walked away from. A century later, goth college student Melissa purchases an antique book with the power to resurrect Giovanni, and ventures into the desert with friends to conduct the ceremony. Later, when Giovanni returns with a vengeance, the only thing standing between mankind and total annihilation is a group of naïve college students who are about to discover the true meaning of terror.
