Directed by Chanya Button, this romantic drama chronicles the true story of the scandalous, personal relationship between the talented yet haunted novelist, Virginia Woolf (Elizabeth Debicki), and the married poet and gregarious socialite, Vita Sackville-West (Gemma Arterton), set in a backdrop of 1920s high society. Co-written by Chanya Button and Eileen Atkins, the film is based on love letters between Sackville-West and Woolf.
