Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Kirk Morris, Laura Brown are top-billed in Colossus and the Headhunters. The title character, played by Morris, barely escapes an earthquake. He then lands on an island overrun with headhunters. In trying to rescue an exiled young queen, Colossus nearly loses his own noggin. Distributed in the US by American-International pictures (and later bundled into Sons of Hercules TV package), Colossus and the Headhunters is perhaps Morris' best sword and sandal flick.
