Synopsis by Janiss Garza

In her films, comedienne Dorothy Gish was always turning her surroundings upside down, and here she does the job to a sanitarium. Her character, Doris Pennington, has been sent there because a maiden aunt wants to get her hands on the girl's inheritance. She has Doris declared insane, but Doris proceeds to make everyone else in the sanitarium crazy. She arrives with a nurse, who she passes off as herself, while she poses as the nurse. The villainous Professor Freno Palmer (George Fawcett), who wants Doris's money too, winds up married to the real nurse, while Doris "nurses" sickly young invalid Monty Ferverill (Raymond Cannon), who turns out to have as much energy as she does. The young couple flees the asylum in a hilarious, stunt-packed climax.
