Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Bored by the rat race that is life in the big city, a disillusioned businessman attempts to start life anew as a ghost town junkyard proprietor in director David Fenster's introspective comedy drama. One day, after mysteriously finding himself in the desert, an aimless young businessman (David Nordstrom) determines to leave his old life behind. Though his new life as a ghost town junkyard owner is at first exciting and new, our adventurous protagonist's life soon grows deadly dull. Later, after the man travels to a nearby town and meets up with a waitress and her brother, the three new friends meet up with some extreme desert eccentrics and head out for a wild night of debauchery and excess. Upon realizing that the desolate desert is no less exciting than the oppressive big city, the recent transplant must now decide whether to stay put, or to try to reclaim his old life while there's still an opportunity to do so.
