Synopsis by Hal Erickson
This series followed the basic format of the previous Trading Spaces programs, with teams of neighbors making over each other's homes with only two days and 1,000 dollars at their disposal. This time, the teams were comprised of family members, young and old alike. The only immutable requirement was that one member had to be between the age of 9 and 13. Joe Farrell hosted, while Carter Oosterhouse functioned as head home technician. Trading Spaces: Family made its cable TV bow on July 5, 2003.
