Parkman Wong Pak-man spins this affable odd couple police comedy. Cop Cheung Lon (Stephen Chiau) is assigned to go undercover and befriend Fei (Michael Chan Wai-man), a gang boss on the run after a diamond heist went horribly wrong. Soon Cheung finds himself on the lam with Fei, running both from the thugs whom Fei swiped the stones from but also from another gang who claims that Fei killed their boss. Meanwhile, Cheung is having trouble telling his wife Mandy (Vivian Chow Wei-man) about his new and potentially dangerous assignment while Fei quietly looks for his wife who dumped him five years previously. While dodging all sorts of dangers and the requisite gun battles, the two improbably become friends, which makes Cheung's goal of arresting the criminal all the more difficult.
