Synopsis by Iotis Erlewine
When his father's job forces the family to relocate, Zack Tyler (Trevor Lissauer) finds himself friendless and unhappy in a strange new town ruled by skateboarding cretins. However, when he purchases a used skateboard, Zack discovers that his new set of wheels has strange and unusual powers that liven things up in his new town.
