Synopsis by Jonathan Crow
Ricky Lau Koon-wai, who ushered in the Hong Kong vampire craze with his 1985 opus Mr. Vampire, offers a twist to the genre with this high-budget vampire skin flick. Rainbow (Yvonne Yung Hung) is a prostitute blinded by a gangster who ekes out a living in a phone sex company, hoping to save up enough money to pay for the operation that will restore her sight. When her former assailant shows up after five years in jail, he demands revenge. Fortunately, Rainbow is saved by a dashing vampire named Ching Fung (Ben Lam Kwok-bun) whose associate Moon (Mondi Yau Yuet-ching) bares an uncanny resemblance to Rainbow. After a steamy night in Fung's glass coffin, Moon grows increasingly jealous and homicidal.
