Sammo Hung stars in this classic martial arts drama as a man who was orphaned as a boy and has struggled through poverty all his life. Known in his village as "the Filthy Guy," the poor laborer works for a landowner named Chan. When Chan finds himself the target of harassment by a group of violent thugs, he and his family have no way to defend themselves. However, the "Filthy Guy" has a secret -- he's a master of Kung Fu, and he teaches Chan and his people how to send the bad guys packing. The Filthy Guy was also released under the title The Return of Secret Rivals.
