synopsis
The recent spate of Senate Investigating Committee hearings is lampooned in the November 1, 1960 episode of The Red Skelton Show. In the main comedy sketch, long-winded con artist San Fernando Red (Skelton) is hauled before just such a hearing. But by the time San Fernando is through, the investigators are themselves under investigation! Guest star Jayne Meadows appears as San Fernando's partner in crime Ruby.
