In this documentary, filmmaker Mike Dorsey details the unlikely friendship that formed between government employee Richard Oyler and renowned architect Richard Neutra when Oyler asked Neutra to design a family home in Lone Pine, California in 1959. Meanwhile, interviews with Oyler, Neutra's sons, renowned L.A. real estate agent Crosby Doe, and the home's current owner, Kelly Lynch, reveal the true ingenuity of the designer once dubbed the "father of California Modern Architecture."
