Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Long before he became Hollywood's favorite blustery blowhard, Thuston Hall enjoyed a substantial leading-man career. In Midnight Patrol, Hall stars as Officer Terence Shannon, head man of the Los Angeles Flying Squadron. In this capacity, Shannon does battles with ruthless opium smugglers in LA's Chinatown (maybe that's why he was "flying"). Rosemary Theby, best remembered as W.C. Fields' wife in the 1933 2-reeler The Fatal Glass of Beer, costars as Shannon's ever-lovin' Patsy. Midnight Patrol was assembed by producer Thomas Ince with his customary intimidating efficiency.
