This British two-reeler was advertised as an "authentic" record of the destruction of a German zeppelin. In fact, most of the footage was cribbed from earlier newsreels, with a handful of studio re-creations. The film at least offered some close-ups of Flight Lieutenant W.L. Robinson, the man responsible for blasting Zeppelin L-21 out of the skies. For its American release, the film included a prologue featuring Secretary of War Newton Baker. Not entirely what it claimed to be, The Last Raid of Zeppelin L-21 nonetheless satisfied WWI-era moviegoers.
